NetBounce Global offshore accounting team

NetBounce Global is an offshore accounting staffing company registered in Austin, Texas. We place dedicated, pre-vetted accounting professionals from India with accounting firms and businesses, bookkeepers, accountants, tax preparers, tax reviewers, virtual assistants, AR/AP billing executives, virtual CFOs, and QuickBooks experts.

We're accounting-specific. Every vetting assessment and every placement is built around US accounting and accounting firm requirements, not general BPO.

NetBounce Global LLC is registered in Austin, Texas (701 Tillery St #12, 78702). All operations, client management, delivery, vetting, and team management run from our managed delivery centre in India. The Austin entity is our US legal structure for contracts and billing, no operational staff are based there.

1. Accounting-specific. Every placement is designed entirely around US accounting and accounting firm requirements. Not traditional BPO with an accounting option.

2. Fully dedicated. Your team member works exclusively for your firm, never shared across clients.

3. Co-sourcing model. Your offshore team member works under your direct management, integrated into your tools, systems, and workflows. You're extending your team. Dedicated co-sourcing a function.

We currently serve 50+ accounting firms across the US. We keep our client list intentionally manageable, we'd rather serve 50 firms exceptionally well than 500 adequately.

From your first discovery call to profiles in your inbox typically takes 48 hours. Most firms have their offshore team member active within 7 days.

Day 0, discovery call. Day 1–2, profiles delivered. Day 3–7, your interviews and selection. Day 7, first active day.

A 20-minute discovery call covers everything. Main inputs: the role you're hiring for, your accounting software stack, your preferred working hours, workload and client mix, and your timeline. You don't need a formal job description, a conversation is enough.

Yes, always. You interview your 2–3 shortlisted candidates and make the final hiring decision. We never place someone without your explicit approval.

We find more. No obligation to select from the initial shortlist. If the first round isn't the right fit, we refine the brief based on your feedback and go deeper, until you find someone you want to hire. No pressure, no extra charge.

We ask for an initial minimum of three months to allow for proper onboarding, integration, and performance assessment. Three months is the minimum needed to fairly evaluate an offshore placement, first-month ramp-up is normal. After the initial term, engagements are flexible.

Yes. Many clients build offshore teams of two to five professionals across multiple roles, a bookkeeper and tax preparer, for example, or a full team covering bookkeeping, tax prep, AR/AP, and an ops VA. Each placement follows the same vetting and onboarding process.

Yes. Our tax preparers and reviewers are trained specifically in US tax forms (1040 · 1120 · 1065 · 1120S · 1041) and US tax software including Lacerte, Drake Tax, ProConnect, UltraTax CS, and CCH Axcess.

We match software to your specific stack. Platforms we assess include: QBO, QBD, Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Lacerte, Drake, ProConnect, UltraTax, CCH Axcess, Bill.com, Dext, Hubdoc, Gusto, ADP, Karbon, Canopy, TaxDome, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and more. Security, Data & Compliance

ISO 27001 certified data security

Yes. NetBounce operates under ISO 27001:2022 certified protocols: VPN-restricted access, MFA on all systems, 24/7 CCTV-monitored facility, NDA signed by every employee, and encrypted file transfer only. No client data is stored on personal devices. All work is conducted on NetBounce-managed machines in a controlled office environment.

Every NetBounce employee signs a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement covering client information, data security obligations, and professional conduct standards before beginning any placement. Clients receive a copy of the relevant sections upon request.

Yes. Access is provided via VPN, MFA-protected login, and the standard permission structures within your software (QBO, Xero, Lacerte, etc. all support multi-user access with role-based permissions). You control exactly what your offshore team member can see and do, the same way you would for any team member.

Managing Offshore Staff

Yes. We align shift schedules to your preferred working hours, Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time, or any overlap arrangement. Your offshore team member attends standups, responds in real time, and works your calendar, not a timezone-shifted version of it.

Exactly as you would with any remote team member. Slack, Teams, Zoom, email, phone, whatever your firm already uses. They join your tools, not the other way around. Most clients have a daily or weekly standup and use Slack or Teams for real-time communication throughout the day.

Our 4-business-day replacement SLA is contractual. If a placement doesn't work for any reason, performance, fit, scope change, raise it with us. We activate a cross-trained backup and begin replacement sourcing immediately. No friction, no re-negotiation.

NetBounce handles everything. Payroll, benefits, India compliance, HR management, performance administration, all included in the monthly fee. You manage the work; we manage the employment relationship. There's no separate employer-of-record arrangement needed.
