NetBounce Global is an offshore accounting staffing company registered in Austin, Texas. We place dedicated, pre-vetted accounting professionals from India with accounting firms and businesses across the United States: bookkeepers, accountants, accounting managers, tax preparers, tax reviewers, QuickBooks experts, AR/AP specialists, and virtual assistants. We are accounting-specific. Every vetting assessment and every placement is built around US accounting and firm requirements, not general BPO.

No. We work with accounting firms and with businesses directly. If you run a small or mid-size business, you can hire a dedicated bookkeeper or accountant to manage your own books, reconciliations, and payroll, at a cost that is substantially below a comparable local hire. Firms hire us to scale client work under partner oversight. Businesses hire us to run their in-house finance function. The process is the same for both, and you can book a discovery call to get started.

NetBounce Global LLC is registered in Austin, Texas (701 Tillery St #12, 78702). All operations, client management, delivery, vetting, and team management run from our managed delivery center in India. The Austin entity is our US legal structure for contracts and billing, and no operational staff are based there.

Three things set us apart. First, we are accounting-specific: every placement is designed around US accounting and firm requirements, not traditional BPO with an accounting add-on. Second, every placement is fully dedicated: your team member works exclusively for your firm or business and is never shared across clients. Third, we use a co-sourcing model: your offshore team member works under your direct management, inside your tools, systems, and workflows. You are extending your own team, not handing a function to a vendor.

We currently serve 50+ accounting firms and businesses across the United States. We keep our client base intentionally manageable. We would rather serve 50 clients exceptionally well than 500 adequately.

Yes. Many startups and small businesses use NetBounce to keep clean books without the overhead of a full in-house finance team. A dedicated team member works in your existing stack, including QuickBooks, Xero, and Dext, and scales with your growth stage, so you are not locked into a fixed headcount. You can start with one bookkeeper and add roles such as tax prep or AR/AP as you grow.

Yes. Bookkeeping practices use NetBounce to add capacity across many client accounts without adding local headcount. A dedicated offshore bookkeeper integrates as a core team member and can own the reconciliations, close cycles, and reporting for the client accounts you assign, working inside your systems and under your review. As your client base grows, you can add more placements through the same vetting and onboarding process.

From your first discovery call to profiles in your inbox typically takes 48 hours. Most clients have their offshore team member active within 4 days. Day 0: discovery call. Day 1 to 2: profiles delivered. Day 3 to 4: your selection. Day 4: first active day.

A 20-minute discovery call covers everything. The main inputs are the role you are hiring for, your accounting software stack, your preferred working hours, your workload and client mix, and your timeline. You do not need a formal job description. A conversation is enough.

Yes, always. You interview your 2 to 3 shortlisted candidates and make the final hiring decision. We never place someone without your explicit approval.

We find more. There is no obligation to select from the initial shortlist. If the first round is not the right fit, we refine the brief based on your feedback and go deeper until you find someone you want to hire. No pressure, and no extra charge.

We ask for an initial minimum of three months to allow for proper onboarding, integration, and performance assessment. Three months is the minimum needed to fairly evaluate an offshore placement, since a first-month ramp-up is normal. After the initial term, engagements are flexible.

During your discovery call we map the seniority to your workload, and you interview the shortlisted candidates before deciding.

Yes. You can hire a dedicated QuickBooks expert for QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop, including setup, cleanup, and ongoing bookkeeping, and our team includes QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisors. We also place professionals trained in Xero, NetSuite, and Sage Intacct. We match every placement to your specific software stack, so the person is already fluent in the tools you use.

Yes. A dedicated virtual assistant can handle accounting and bookkeeping support such as data entry, invoice and bill processing, document management, and follow-ups, so your senior staff stay focused on higher-value work. Like every NetBounce placement, the assistant works only for you, in your tools and on your schedule.

Yes. Many clients build offshore teams of two to five professionals across multiple roles, such as a bookkeeper and a tax preparer, or a full team covering bookkeeping, tax prep, AR/AP, and an operations VA. Each placement follows the same vetting and onboarding process.

Security, Data & Compliance

ISO 27001 certified data security

Yes. NetBounce operates under ISO 27001:2022 certified protocols: VPN-restricted access, MFA on all systems, a 24/7 CCTV-monitored facility, an NDA signed by every employee, and encrypted file transfer only. No client or company data is stored on personal devices. All work is done on NetBounce-managed machines in a controlled office environment.

Every NetBounce employee signs a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement covering client information, data security obligations, and professional conduct standards before beginning any placement. Clients receive a copy of the relevant sections on request.

Yes. Access is provided through VPN, MFA-protected login, and the standard permission structures within your software. QBO, Xero, Lacerte, and others all support multi-user access with role-based permissions. You control exactly what your offshore team member can see and do, the same way you would for any team member.

Managing Offshore Staff

Yes. We align shift schedules to your preferred working hours, whether Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time, or any overlap arrangement. Your offshore team member attends standups, responds in real time, and works your calendar, not a timezone-shifted version of it.

Exactly as you would with any remote team member, using Slack, Teams, Zoom, email, or phone, whatever your team already uses. They join your tools, not the other way around. Most clients run a daily or weekly standup and use Slack or Teams for real-time communication throughout the day.

Our 4-business-day replacement SLA is contractual. If a placement does not work for any reason, whether performance, fit, or a change in scope, raise it with us. We activate a cross-trained backup and begin replacement sourcing immediately. There is no friction and no renegotiation.

NetBounce handles everything: payroll, benefits, India compliance, HR management, and performance administration, all included in the monthly fee. You manage the work, and we manage the employment relationship. There is no separate employer-of-record arrangement needed.
