Five things matter. Not all five need to be perfect on day one, that's what structured training is for. If you have the accounting foundation, the English, and the work ethic, we can train the rest.

Accounting foundation

B.Com, CA, ACCA, or Finance degree. Certifications are valued and actively supported once you join.

US accounting knowledge

Familiarity with US standards, tax forms, or accounting firm workflows. Prior exposure accelerates contribution.

English communication

Professional written and verbal English. Your work is communicated directly with US clients. Professional, not perfect.

Software proficiency

QuickBooks, Xero, Lacerte, or Drake depending on role. A foundation in at least one relevant tool matters from the start.
